A recent study showed that a whopping 80% of people who set a New Year's resolution didn’t make it to the second week of February, and for those who do, only 8% see it through for the entire year. These are horrible statistics!
We tend to blame a lack of motivation, laziness or being too busy but there’s more to unpack. In this course I'll be putting on my Wellness Coach hat to talk all about setting healthy habits and getting back on track!

Registered Dietitian
Jess Pirnak
I'm a Registered Dietitian, Certified Wellness Coach and gut health nerd based in Vancouver, British Columbia. I run a nutrition consulting practice with a focus on gut health, celiac disease and plant-based diets.
I'm passionate about education, prevention and creating a healthy community, so you'll find me consulting, writing and speaking on a variety of topics. Currently, I'm the in-house dietitian advisor for the Canadian Celiac Association in British Columbia, and one of the Directors behind the app: MyHealthyGut and a Clinical Instructor at UBC.
